New submission and peer review system for PLoS Medicine

Dear all,

Today we launched a new submission and peer-review system for PLoS Medicine. The system is called PLoS Editorial Manager and it puts us on the same software that PLoS ONE migrated to a few weeks ago. PLoS Biology also moved today and the other PLoS titles will migrate to the new platform next week.

New submissions will be directed to PLoS Editorial Manager.  If you are a PLoS Medicine author who has  a manuscript currently under consideration then your manuscript will continue to be processed in the old system for a period of time.

Read  more about the PLoS journals’ migration to this new submission site and some of the benefits we hope it will bring.

Please feel free to get in touch with us at plosmedicine@plos.org if you have any questions about the new system or if you want to provide your feedback as an author, reviewer or academic editor using the new system.
